You are the owner: only you can set the agent's limits, fund it, or pause it. The agent gets its own signer account, which can only request payments that the vault allows.

Switch MetaMask to the agent's signer account and ask the vault to pay. Allowed payments go through; anything outside the rules is refused by the contract.
